How far in advance can I book a simulator bay?
Maximum 7-Day Advance Booking: You can secure your preferred tee time up to seven (7) days in advance.
Are the simulator rooms private?
Yes, all of our simulator rooms are private bays.
How many people can play in one simulator room?
Each private room comfortably accommodates a maximum of six (6) players per bay.
Can I book multiple rooms for a large party or event?
Yes. Our rooms can be connected to accommodate larger parties and events. Please contact us directly to arrange bookings for more than 6 players.
When do Weekday Rates apply?
Weekday rates apply to bookings made from Monday to Friday, excluding all recognized statutory holidays.
Is tax included in the price?
No. All listed prices are subject to HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available upon request. Please inquire with our staff or contact us for details.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled booking time for all cancellations.
No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee: If you fail to show up for your booking (“No Show”) or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 20% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Coupon & Gift Certificate Policy
Coupons & Discounts: All coupons, vouchers, or promotional discounts are not exchangeable or refundable for cash or other services.
Lost Coupons/Vouchers: Lost, stolen, or damaged coupons are not replaceable. Please treat them like cash.
